I had a decent stay at Towneplace Suites in Minneapolis, with a fantastic location that made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. However, my experience was marred by delays at check-in and some discomforts in the room. The staff was mostly friendly, but I encountered issues that kept it from being a perfect stay. 😕

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, which I appreciated for convenience. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and not properly prepared for use, which was disappointing.
Service
7.0
While the check-in staff was welcoming and friendly, I had some trouble with the check-out experience, as my requests were met with dismissiveness. The front desk did attempt to assist with my room availability, but the inconsistent service affected my overall impression.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was one of its best features, situated within walking distance of Target Field, restaurants, and the scenic river. This made it easy to get around and enjoy the area, despite some ongoing construction nearby.
Dining

The included breakfast was way below average, which was a letdown compared to other options I’ve experienced at similar hotels. It could use a significant upgrade in quality and variety.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included useful amenities like underground parking for cold weather, which made it convenient during my stay. However, I encountered issues with housekeeping regarding garbage pick-up that could have been better managed.

I had a pretty great stay at Towneplace Suites! The location was super convenient for walking to restaurants and attractions, and the rooms were comfortable with handy kitchen setups. I did have some minor issues, though, like a lack of variety in the breakfast options during a long-term stay, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it.

I appreciated the pay-per-use laundry and the fact that there was a convenient store nearby and a Whole Foods Market just blocks away.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Target Field and nearby light-rail stations. I enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood with its array of shops and craft breweries, despite some ongoing construction.

Breakfast was convenient but quite basic, with a selection of scrambled eggs, sausages, and bagels. It was enough to start the day but might become repetitive for longer stays.

I appreciated the outdoor heated pool and its view, though it wasn't open during my stay. The breakfast area was a bit cramped, making it challenging to navigate during peak hours.

My stay at the Towneplace Suites was mixed. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Target Field and nearby restaurants. However, I was disappointed with some service issues and the cleanliness of my room. The kitchenette was well-equipped, but the overall noise levels in the hotel detracted from my experience.

I had a comfortable stay at TownePlace Suites Minneapolis Downtown/North Loop. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Target Field and local craft breweries. Though the breakfast was decent, it might feel repetitive for longer stays. I did find some room features lacking, such as a closet safe and bathroom exhaust fan, which impacted my overall experience a bit.
